Webster Police Lt. Mike Chiapperini dedicated his life to serving his community. Not only was he a Lieutenant of the Webster Police Department in upstate New York, he was also a volunteer firefighter of the West Webster Fire Department. Lt. Chiapperini lost his life on Christmas Eve, 2012.
